One - Hospital Road Exit -- This exit used coming from eastern LI only.  The facing road is two way traffic.  Straight ahead is the proposed receiving entrance. Turning left leads to Hospital Road. Trucks coming from New York must exit a half mile away on the south side of Sunrise Highway and then cross over the bridge.  Large trucks will have a difficult time navigating the turn.

Two - You have just turned left toward Hospital Road.  Up ahead at the corner on your right will be the vacant gas station. most of the trees will remain.

Three - This is the station proposed to be Valero.  Note the trees behind the building.  They will remain and behind them would be the walmart property. To the left of the station at this intersection is the Hospital Road Bridge.

Four - This shows the bridge straight ahead.  The corner to the left is where the station is located.  To the right would be the beginning of the proposed store.  Most of the trees would remain as a buffer.

Five - This is the view from the bridge and the corner.  Your store would be located to the right.  The Fire sub station is to the left. The vacant property to the left is residential.  these two parcels are the last vacant on this side of Hospital Road.

One - This is the Sunrise Highway exit from the west. The store would be visible and the customer entrance is at the sign. Trucks from New York can easily exit and enter the receiving area up ahead to the right.   Note the Home Depot sign to the left.

Two - This exit has three lanes up ahead.  The right lane would be your entrance for customers and receiving.  The middle lane is for straight through traffic.

Three -  The entrance to the receiving area.  You can build to suit and move your main entrance and receiving.

Four - A closer look at the receiving entrance.

Five - A close-up of the main entrance.  The sign posts are to the left.

Six - The left portion of the shopping center.

Seven - This is only part of the right side.  You cannot see the building to the extreme right which  was shown in photo four.

Eight - This exit has two way traffic. The left lane would only be used by your customers. This allows ingress and egress from the shopping center. Up ahead to the right is the diner

Nine -  The diner has been at this location for over twenty five years

Ten -  customers can cross over station road and return eastbound. There is an exit and entrance on the other side of the bridge allowing immediate and easy access to Sunrise from east or west.  This is not the case at the Hospital Road location. If you turn left going north crossing over the bridge you can return westbound or go straight and enter Home Depot.  This is an established shopping area, unlike the Hospital road location. Traveling on Sunrise in either direction your sign and the store would be clearly visible, unlike the hospital road location. This section of road would be used primarily for your customers.

One - This is Broadway crossing over Sunrise Highway in Bohemia. The bridge has five lanes and there are shopping centers behind this view on both sides of the road. The suggested shopping area is on the other side of this bridge.

Two - You can see the yellow sign at the top of the building across the bridge.  This is the flea market.

Three - Shot of Flea Market.  At least one third of the market is empty.  It used to be filled with vendors.

Four - Continued panorama to give you a sense of its size

Five - These last store fronts appear to be vacant
